How do I find out more about the products?
If you have specific questions about our products, for example about ingredients, nutritional values or similar, you will find a lot of information on the product page under the tabs Product Description / Allergens / Ingredients. Can the shipping address be different from my address?
This is no problem. During the order process, it is possible to change the shipping address under “order details”.

Can I have my order shipped as a gift?

We offer a worldwide gift service. We send gifts to your friends or business partners at home and abroad on your behalf. Simply specify any products that you wish to have gift-wrapped in the shopping cart.

Do you also ship abroad?
We can ship everything you order from the Leysieffer online shop worldwide via DPD/DHL. The costs for shipping will be automatically calculated during the order process. They are based on the weight of the products and country of destination.

When and how quickly will the products be shipped?
Your order will be executed within 1-2 working days following receipt of the order.

If you choose an advance bank transfer, we will process your order after the payment has been received into our bank account.

If you want an express shipment, we can offer the 24 h guaranteed delivery service within Germany. Orders must be placed least at 10.00 am.

Orders placed after 10:00 am on Thursday they will be delivered on next Monday. Also guarantee packages!

There is also no shipping on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday.

How long will the shipping period be?
Usually, the shipping period within Germany via DPD is between one and three business days, via DHL to the German islands it will be up to three business days. DPD will deliver your orders from Monday to Friday, DHL from Monday to Saturday.

The shipping period for worldwide shipment via DPD/DHL can take up to 12 business days, depending on the country of destination.

How do you ensure that the products arrive in the best possible condition?

The quality of any chocolate product will be affected by odors, light and - most of all - by deviating temperatures. Please store the chocolate products in a cool and dry environment; we recommend a temperature of between 14 and 18 °C.

After completing my order, is it possible to add more products to the same shipment if I call or send you an e-mail?
We are sorry but this is not possible. In this case, please cancel your order and place a new one or order the additional products via a new order.

How do I add a greeting card to my order?

Our Leysieffer greeting cards can be found in the shopping cart. You can choose a suitable card and write any text that you would like to be handwritten in the card. Please note that it is unfortunately not possible to order a greeting card at a later point.
If you only wish to a greeting to your order, please enter this text into the comment field. Your order will then include a free greeting note.

How can I cancel my order?

If you decide not to complete the order process, you can abort this process at anytime.
