In addition to the product prices stated, we will also charge shipping fees for delivery within Germany, into other European countries and worldwide. The fees depend on the total weight of the order . You will find information about these fees on our product pages, during the checkout procedure and on the order page.
Shipping fees within Germany
Orders of 25.00 EUR and above are shipped free of charge.
For all other orders, the shipping fees are 5.00 EUR for each shipment up to a product value of 24.99 EUR.
In general, within Germany we will ship your order via DHL.
Please note: the minimum order is 10.00 EUR.
Shipping fees for delivery outside of Germany
In general, we will ship our products worldwide. The shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the total weight of the products in your shopping cart and the country stated in the delivery address.
The shipping fees are calculated from the price per piece and the price per kilogram; for shipment within the EU Value-added tax will be added.

Customs fees and/or additional customs duties are not normally charged in the destination countries. However, please note that in general the recipient is responsible for paying custom duties. Please note: the minimum order is 10.00 EUR.
Types of shipment
You can trace all deliveries via the tracking code which we will send to you in the shipment confirmation mail.
We will only send our orders via DHL. DHL will deliver the shipment from Monday through Saturday. If you are not at home, you will find a note in your post box.
We do not ship via DHL to so called pack stations because here the chocolate may be subjected to temperatures that might impair the quality of the products.
Refrigerated transportation is not required for liquors, tea, jelly or jam.
If temperatures rise above 30 °C, we reserve the right to stop deliveries temporarily. During this time we will not dispatch any goods. The orders will be shipped at the next feasible time. During this time it is not possible to request a preferred delivery date.
We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible, but no later than the next day.
If you choose an advance bank transfer, we will process and dispatch your order after the payment has been received into our bank account. Please take into consideration that it may take up to three working days for the funds to be credited to our account.
Orders placed before 10 am with guaranteed payment methods (cash on delivery, credit card or PayPal) will usually be dispatched either on the same day or the next day.
As a general rule we only ship our products from Monday through to Thursday. There is no shipping on Friday. This is because we do not want your products to be kept in the shipping carrier’s storage facility over the weekend as this could be detrimental to the freshness and quality of the products. There are no shipments on Saturday and Sunday.
The shipping time within Germany is between 1 and 3 business working days (perhaps up to 10 days around the Christmas period depending on weather and/or the workload situation at the forwarding company); within Europe it is approximately 4-10 business working days and worldwide approximately 10-12 business working days. Please note that we are using an external forwarding company for our shipments and therefore the delivery times may vary depending on the processing time.
The delivery date confirmed by us is an estimated delivery date and applies to ex works deliveries; fixed delivery dates are not available unless expressly confirmed by us.
Please note that once we have handed the shipment over to the forwarder, we cannot influence the date of delivery.
If temperatures in summer rise above 20 °C, we reserve the right to stop deliveries temporarily. During this time we do not dispatch any goods. The orders will be shipped at the next feasible time. During this time it is not possible to request a preferred delivery date.
Alternative delivery address
It is possible to state an alternative delivery address. If you are not at home during the day, you can have the goods sent to your work place, for example or directly to someone as a gift.
Types of payment
Please select the appropriate type of payment in the checkout process.
1. Credit card
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard/Eurocard and VISA. However, we reserve the right to request a faxed copy of the card on a random basis.
2. Advance bank transfer
Please pay for your order as soon as possible at our request. We will only process your order after the payment has been received into our bank account. Please take into consideration that it may take up to three working days for the funds to be credited to our account.
If the payment is delayed we cannot ensure that the ordered products will be still available (in particular around Christmas and Easter). If the products are no longer available, we will of course refund your payment. Otherwise we will ship the order immediately after receipt of payment.
The products are paid for immediately after order placement.
